User acknowledges that this software is provided without cost and intended for resetting the ink pad counters on Epson printers only after replacement of the ink pads. Epson recommends service at an authorized service center for ink pad replacement or purchase of a replacement printer through an on-line or retail outlet. BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU NEED TO REVIEW AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
The Software is provided by Epson for use only with the corresponding Epson brand printer (the “Epson Hardware”). (“Epson”) for the enclosed software programs, including any related documentation, (collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Software”).
NOTICE TO USER: This is a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity, referred to hereinafter as “you”) and Epson America, Inc.
